At 15:30 units from Bowie and Marlboro were alerted to Central Ave / Jennings Mill for the 9-I.  While enroute PSC advised now 1 reported trapped.  Engine Co. 43 arrived on scene and found the same.  Squad 20 arrived and went to work stabliziing and doing a complete blowout on the driver side in a timely fashion.  Patient was then handed over to awaiting EMS care.
