Jack N. Sawyer was a member of the department through the 70’s an served in various positions, in 1975 and 76 he served as the Vice President of company 20, and President in 1977.  For his dedicated service he had one of the engines dedicated to him, after his passing.  Family members were available to attend the dedication.  Jack was born in 1933 and was laid to rest in 1987.  His final resting place is Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton.
