Samuel Anthony Wyvill was an early member and worked with the department as a 1936 corporation officer, there are very few records from this time but an internet search revealed he was born in January 15 1889 and was laid to rest on January 10, 1975.  He was laid to rest at the Mount Carmel Cemetery Upper Marlboro
